We are looking for:

We are looking for a Coordinator to support the delivery of a flagship institutional event.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Event Management & AV Support

• Support the core organizing committee and the program working group in finalizing the program details
• Provide full AV support required for institutional events.
• Coordinate with vendors for smooth execution of the events and AV operations.
• Coordinate with travel agencies for logistic support
• Coordinate with conference participants and ensure timely communication and support 
• Be the point of contact for internal and external coordination related to the event.
• Fully manage institutional events as assigned

Job location:

• IPH Bengaluru with limited travel to field and project office as and when required. It would involve travel within the city for event coordination, and outside city for any event planned as a rare case.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduates with 0-2 years of work experience.
• Good communication skills (Verbal & written) is a must
• Immediate joiners preferred

Duration:

The contract will be for 4 months to begin with and there will be possibility of renewal based on the performance and availability of funding resources.

Service Fees:

The Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience between the range INR 45,000/ – Rs 50,000/- (CTC) p.m. (Service fees is negotiable for the right candidate role-fit and experience).
