Job description :-
Network Coordination: Coordinate the activities of one of the largest respiratory research networks, ensuring seamless collaboration among research teams.
Project Management: Manage multiple research projects at various stages, working closely with study coordinators to ensure project success.
Project Lifecycle: Oversee the full research project cycle, from initiating interactions with funders to developing concept notes, preparing proposals, and handling project operations.
Network Expansion: Continuously grow and strengthen the existing network of respiratory experts, fostering collaborations and partnerships.
Team Training: Train study coordinators for new research studies, ensuring they are well-prepared and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Data Management: Assist data analysts in data cleaning and preparation, maintaining the highest quality of research data as per SOPs.
Report Generation: Prepare monthly, quarterly, interim, and final reports for research projects, documenting progress and outcomes.
Publication and Presentation: Prepare manuscripts and abstracts based on research findings and present them at national and international conferences, contributing to the dissemination of knowledge.
Quality Assurance: Maintain rigorous quality control standards for data collection and analysis, ensuring the integrity of research outcomes.
Eligibility criteria- qualification and experience :-
PhD In Public health, Pharmacy, Health sciences, Epidemiology, Population study with minimum two to three years of experience as senior level research manager
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and networking abilities
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
Remuneration will be based on qualification, experience and current CTC of candidate. No remuneration will be provided to candidate for attending interview
