Location: Pune (nearby villages)
1. Developing interactive and mutual relationship with community people.
2. Creating supportive and inclusive environment for beneficiaries, mental health clients.
3. Train staff in effective verbal and nonverbal communication.
4. Daily Field work and monthly report
5. Coordinating with and utilizing local resources available for the program.
6. Report writing
7. Gathering information and recording field data qualitative and quantitative.
8. Providing guidance and support of counseling to beneficiaries.
9. Focus group discussion
Qualification: MPH/MHA
