Brief on the Organization:

The Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI) is working towards building a healthier India. It is helping to address the limited institutional and systems capacity in India by strengthening education and training, advancing research and technology and facilitating policy and practice in the area of Public Health.  PHFI is headquartered in New Delhi with national presence through its constituent units of regional Indian Institutes of Public Health (IIPHs) and Centers of Applied Research in core public health themes. The Foundation, established in 2006 as a public private initiative, is governed by an independent board comprising of senior government officials, eminent Indian and International academic and leaders, civil society representatives and corporate leaders. Deliverables:

• Provide assistance to senior investigators in the planning and management of the project and grants.
• Provide assistance to senior investigators in meetings, travel, communications, scheduling and other work related to the project.
• Provide assistance in organizing project meetings and workshops.
• Assist in recruitment of project-related staff and other HR formalities.
• Assist in vendor management, obtain quotations from vendors, prepare comparative statement analysis, and process vendor bills.
• Contribute to various aspects of office management in collaboration with other team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisors.

Qualification:

Essential:

• Graduation /relevant diploma

Experience:

Essential:

• Around 5 to 06 Years of relevant experience.

Desirable:

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with the team
• Hands-on approach to executing tasks in a timely manner
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS-Office
