Action Research and Training for Health (ARTH) Society is a non-profit public health organization
based in Udaipur, Rajasthan. Since it’s inception in 1997, organization has been working at grassroot
level with the underprivileged communities to improve their access and ability to manage
health care. We work in the domain of sexual & reproductive health, maternal, neonatal & child
health and heath of older persons. We intervene by providing health services, implementing
community based health programs, conducting public health research, training and advocacy.
We have a vacancy for the position of PA-MEL who would be part of a team to design, build and
implement monitoring, evaluation and learning frameworks to provide the program teams timely
insights to manage and review their programmatic activities efficiently. The MEL team plays an
active role in communicating learning from the groun d for larger dissemination. This will interest
candidates who work with datasets of social and development sector to assist programme teams in
data based decision making. The work requires strong analytical skills with hands on approach to
manage, analyse and communicate effectively with documentation skills in English and/or Hindi.

Min. educational qualification: Graduate in IT/Computer Science/Maths/Public health/Social
Science/Social Development with data analytics or data sciences.

Experience: 2 years or above with hands-on experience in data analytics or data sciences and
managing social development MEL activities.
