HRIDAY, New Delhi is inviting application for the post of Project Research Scientist-I (Medical) on a contractual basis for working on the National Health Research Priority (NHRP) – Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) project- ANANT MUSKAAN: A multi-site Implementation Research on Primary School based Tooth Brushing and Oral Health Education in India for the New Delhi site.

Essential QualificationMDS (Public Health Dentistry) from a recognized university with 4 years of experience BDS with master’s degree in public health (MPH) from a recognized university with more than 6 years of experience
Desirable ExperienceKnowledge or research experience in Oral Health. Experience in Project Management (Health Related Projects).Knowledge of Qualitative Research (Conducting Focus Group Discussions, In-Depth Interviews) and analysing qualitative data. Proficiency with data management, report writing, data mining, and working with databases. Experience in Monitoring and Evaluation. Good publication record which demonstrates experience in the area of Oral health. (Minimum 3 publications). Excellent writing and verbal skills for communication. Fluency or working level in English
AgeUpper age limit up to 35 years
Consolidated RemunerationINR 67000+ HRA as admissible. Tenure for 11 months, extendable up to 3 years based on performance.
Job DescriptionUnder the guidance of PI, Co-PIs and Co-I, the Project Research scientist will: Support and train the project staff and stakeholders involved in this project.Conduct stakeholder engagement meetings, workshops and consultations.Supervise data collection, conduct workshops and meetings, guide on data analysis and draft manuscripts for publication. Participation in the writing and preparation of scientific reports and manuscripts for publication and their submission for publication.
