Designation: Senior Executive/ Executive

Responsibilities:  

1.     Support the Design and Implementation of Research Projects: Support the development of research frameworks, design interview guides, focus group protocols, and other qualitative research instruments.

2.     Support Field Research: Facilitate interviews, focus groups, and observations, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and standards.

3.     Evaluation and Reporting: Support the Evaluation programs or initiatives using qualitative methods and present findings in coherent and compelling reports.

4.     Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analyze qualitative data, identify themes and patterns, and interpret findings in the context of broader research objectives.

5.     Publication: Contribute to scientific papers, reports, and presentations

6.     Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Support internal customers within the MER team, Projects team, and external stakeholders to provide qualitative insights.

7.     Ensure Quality and Integrity: Uphold the quality and integrity of research and evaluation activities by adhering to best practices and ethical considerations in qualitative research.

8.     Capacity building: Support capacity building within the team through training and mentorship on qualitative methodologies and analysis.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification Post-Graduate; MPH is desirable, Psychology, Sociology or Social Work.

Experience 3- 5 years

Language English, Hindi Knowledge,

Skill and Ability

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

• Conceptual and analytical thinking

• Good knowledge of excel

• Knowledge of 6 sigma tools and SPSS/STATA will be an added advantage

Research paper or publications experience will be desirable.

5 days working from office.
