Piramal Foundation invites applications for Intern positions to support the Bihar Swasthya Suraksha Samiti (BSSS) Model District initiative in different districts of Bihar. The interns will play a key role in enabling on-ground technical implementation and strengthening digital health systems at public and empaneled healthcare facilities. Aligned to this vision to build Bharat through acceleration of Information Systems to transform public systems’ responsiveness and governance led by women and youth. Through this, we seek to enhance experiences of citizens in accessing government health services at the last mile. The focus of this program is to bring Government and PMJAY empanelled facilities into the ABDM ecosystem. The interns will be responsible for technical handholding & capacity building required at the facility level. Specific Responsibilities:

• HPR Completion: Ensuring 100% completion of the Healthcare Professionals Registry (HPR) for all staff within PMJAY-empanelled facilities.
• ABHA Activation: Providing on-site support and training to facility staff on ABHA (Ayushman Bharat Health Account) creation for patients.
• EHR Generation: Providing direct handholding to doctors and operators in generating ABHA-linked Electronic Health Records (EHR) to ensure data flows correctly within the ecosystem.
• PHR Usage: Guiding patients to download and use PHR App.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Acting as the first point of contact for frontline users experiencing issues with ABDM-compliant software modules.
• Eligibility Criteria: Preferred Qualification: Background in Public Health/ MSW/ MARD or a related field. Desired Skill:
• Technical Aptitude: Must be comfortable navigating digital platforms and training others on software usage.
• Communication: Ability to interact effectively with medical professionals and hospital administrators. Internship Details
